GREGORY PANDOLFO

Gregory Pandolfo was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1992 immediately following his graduation from the Hofstra University School of Law in 1991. After working in an associate position in two well regarded litigation firms, he entered private practice in 1997. In 2008, he became a partner in the firm of Goodman Jurist & Pandolfo, LLP.

Mr. Pandolfo's practice concentrates in representation of litigants in matrimonial and family court matters, including custody, support and family offense proceedings. In connection with his matrimonial practice, he has extensive trial experience in both the Supreme Court and the Family Court, and has argued appeals before the Appellate Division, State of New York, First and Second Departments.

Mr. Pandolfo also represents business entities ranging from small sole proprietorships to large multi shareholder corporations. Services provided to these clients include general counsel, litigation and litigation support, corporate formation, shareholder transactions, contract negotiation and business sale/purchase and lease transactions.

The firm offers our clients estate succession and tax planning services, including the drafting of a Last Will and Testament, health care proxy, living will, and various trusts. The firm also handles probate and administration proceedings.

He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association and the Nassau County Matrimonial Law Committee.
