HOWARD JURIST

Howard Jurist has a practice limited to matrimonial and family law.

He graduated from the Hofstra University School of Law in 1976. He was admitted to practice law in New York State in 1977.

He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, and its Matrimonial Law Committee. He is the former Chair of the Subcommittee on Legislation. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Family Law Committee.

Mr. Jurist is a Barrister in the Nassau County Family Law American Inns of Court.

He has lectured on matrimonial law for the Nassau County Bar Association, and for various community and civic organizations. He has participated as an adjunct faculty member of the Hofstra University School of Law Trial Advocacy Program.

He has been accorded an "A.V." rating by Martindale-Hubbell, that publication's highest rating.
